Room and home renovation in Manchester

Renovating a room, a flat or a whole house is several jobs that have to happen in the right order. We handle the fitting, finishing and decorating, and bring in electricians, plumbers or plasterers when the job needs them.

We do not build extensions or carry out structural work ourselves. If your project includes it, we can arrange trusted builders and keep the rest of the job joined up.

Send photos of each room, what you want changed, and your postcode. Several jobs? Send the whole list in one message.

What a renovation with us can include

  • Stripping out and preparing rooms
  • Kitchens, built-in wardrobes, media walls and storage
  • Internal doors, skirting boards, dado rails and flooring
  • Wall filling, painting and decorating
  • Coordinating electricians, plumbers and plasterers
  • Landlord refurbishments between tenancies

How a renovation runs

  1. Walk through

We look at the property with you and agree what is in and out of scope.

  2. Plan and price

You get a clear scope and price, and the order the work will happen in.

  3. Do the work

Trades follow each other in sequence, so you are not left with a room waiting on someone else.

  4. Finish and hand over

Decorating and final fixings come last, then a walk-round to check everything with you.

What we do not do

We do not build extensions, and we do not take on structural work such as removing load-bearing walls, bricklaying or roofing. If your plans include any of that, tell us early. We can bring in builders we trust and fit our work around theirs.

Questions we are often asked

Do you renovate whole houses or just single rooms?

Both. Many jobs start as one room and grow once the first one is done. Tell us what you have in mind and we will say how we would run it.

Can you manage other trades for a room renovation?

Yes. We can bring in electricians, plumbers, plasterers and builders and keep them in sequence. You deal with us, and we tell you who is coming and when.

Can you work around extensions or building work?

Yes. If a builder is doing the structural work, we fit our work around theirs: first fix, fitting, then decorating once it is dry.

Do you work for landlords?

Yes. We refurbish flats and houses between tenancies: filling, decorating, flooring, doors and fitted furniture, along with the small repairs found along the way.

What renovation work do you not do?

Extensions and structural building work. We can arrange builders for those parts.

Do you do small jobs on their own?
Can I book several jobs in one visit?

Yes. Send the whole list in one message, with a photo of each room or item, and we will say how we would group and order the work. Landlords: tell us how many rooms or properties you have and when the next tenant moves in. Between tenancies we do the repairs and decorating in one visit where possible.

Send us the job, get a price

Message photos, rough measurements and your postcode. We aim to reply with a price the same day.
