Privacy

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not store anything you type. The quote form only builds a message and opens WhatsApp, or your email app if you choose email. Nothing is sent to us until you press send there.

Our web server keeps a standard access log (IP address, page requested, time, browser type) for security, and it records when the WhatsApp, call or email buttons are pressed so we know which pages bring enquiries. These logs are not shared with anyone and are deleted when the server rotates them.

When you message us

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use your name, contact details, address and photos only to price and carry out your job and to keep in touch about it. We do not sell your details. WhatsApp has its own privacy policy, which applies to messages sent through it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email info@alpeng.co.uk.
